3. Payment Methods:

Online payments of fees to Bowsome can be made through Credit/Debit cards or Net banking. It is important to note that these payments are not directly collected by Bowsome but by a third-party service provider.

4. Donation Clause:

a. Bowsome encourages and welcomes donations to support our cause.
b. Donations can be made through the designated donation portal on our website.
c. Donations are voluntary, and Bowsome appreciates the generosity of our supporters.
d. Bowsome shall ensure the confidentiality and security of donor information during the donation process.

5. Confirmation of Payments:

Once the payment is received by the third-party service provider in cleared funds, they will promptly inform Bowsome about the successful payment. Bowsome will then confirm the payment details to the customer. If confirmation is not received within 14 days, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the payment status with Bowsome.

6. Customer Responsibility:

The customer remains responsible for the payment until Bowsome confirms receipt and acceptance of the payment. Any outstanding amounts owed to Bowsome must be settled promptly.

In case of any concerns or discrepancies related to payments or donations, customers are encouraged to reach out to Bowsome for clarification and resolution.
